Note: We will ship your order 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. An estimated delivery time (given from our partner shipping providers) will be provided at the checkout for all purchases. As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email. * The order date is not always the same as the ship date, as we are working only weekdays and not weekends e.g., if you place an order Friday night, it’s possible the order won’t ship the next day, but on Monday or Tuesday.
As you know, all our products are very attentively priced. Since we are a small business we cannot afford free shipping option for all the products. We could have marked up our garments higher (as other brands and retailer usually do) and offer you the 'free' shipping, which would be calculated within the price..
Instead, we have decided to go completely transparent, hoping you won't mind paying for delivery. Therefore, the shipping costs are on you for orders under 250€.
For orders over 250€ we can offer you a free shipping but at this case we have added on average 9€ additional amount at logistic area, otherwise will have a loss !!!!! Please don’t forget to enter the “enjoyfree250” at checkout !!!!!

EU
For EU orders, we offer a variable flat shipping rate of 6 € to 18 €. We ship our packages via Postnl and DHL, for the time being.
If you need another shipping carrier option that is cheaper than the selected, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Orders typically ship within 2 - 5 business days and are often delivered within 5 -12 business days of being shipped. (Note that we ship everything from Amsterdam, Netherlands, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order is likely to arrive!)

International shipping rates start at around €35.00. To avoid any surprises, any applicable duties and taxes are paid at checkout. All international orders ship via PostNL, and shipping times vary depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges
In light of current global events, please note that returns are being processed at a slower rate than usual. It may take 1-2 weeks to process your return once it is received.
Free return shipping if we've sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged.
If you placed an order using "standard shipping" and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be paid by you.
You have to pay for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.
Important Note : Any orders placed within the context of Made to Order or Custom order, or in a sale or any items marked Final Sale (Mostly one - off Upcycled Designs) are not eligible for refund, or exchange (as the # of produced designs are limited or one of a kind). Other discount codes may be eligible refund – please reach out at info@fitolojioworkshop.com if you have any questions. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color or style, please place a new order.
How to return an item
You will have 14 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. Items on sale are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at info@fitolojioworkshop.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the quick process.
2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package. Please ensure that your item is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. We will notify you once we receive and begin processing your return.
3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose drop off your package at your preferred return location.
4. Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
Customs
Within the European Union you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
