  • How can I get in contact with you?

  • How can I change my order?

You can change or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Just email us at info@fitolojioworkshop.com with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

  • Where does the Fitolojio Workshop ship to?

We ship worldwide through PostNL and DHL. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out to us!

  • Where does the Fitolojio Workshop ship from?

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For information on shipping costs and times, please have a look at our Shipping and Returns page. Please note that due to Covid19, the delivery time maybe have some delays - this is different per country.

  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Taxes are already included in the product prices you see on our website. Within the European Union, you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

  • What is my size?

  • Can I exchange my item if the size doesn't fit?

We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

Due to the unique nature of our products we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another type, and style, please return your order and place a new one. 

To return an item, simply email us at info@fitolojioworkshop.com tell us your order number and the reason for your return. For more information visit our Shipping and Returns page.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change.

  • Is there anywhere I can try on your products?

We currently don't have any retail stores and are exclusively sold on www.fitolojioworkshop.com. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date on pop ups or other in-person events.

  • My size is sold out. What should I do?

Please select your preferred style, color and size and reach out at info@fitolojioworkshop.com asking if there is an option for design your desired garment. Or click the "join the waitlist" button, or You will be notified as soon as your selected product is back in stock.

  • My size is not available . Will you expand your size range at some point?

We understand your concern. We would absolutely love to cater to all body types but as every piece is made from the preowned - rescued and vintage fabric, it is not possible to cover every size.

However, if the product is under the “Made to Order” and “On Demand” description, you can order it as made to order item. Please take into account that it will take 1 - 3 weeks for FW to have it custom made for you. So please give each order 3 - 4 weeks to ship.

Note: Due to the finite availability of every bolt we find, each style within the collections is limited, with pieces often being only one - to - three - of - a - kind.

Exchanges and Returns

  • What's your return policy?

Please carefully read our return policy.

You have the right to return your order within 14 - fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.

Do not return the package without giving prior notice via email.

Please also bear in mind that shipping items back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your garments carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

  • What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

If your product is faulty, please contact info@fitolojioworkshop.com and attach a picture of the faulty product.

  • Are returns free?

No, returns costs will have to be paid by the customer. We do, however, refund the costs for the initial shipping. For more information, please carefully read our return policy.

  • How should the products be returned?

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. Feel free to re-use our plastic-free - compostable packaging to ship your return package.

  • Can I try on the products?

You can try on your products, but please keep in mind that if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume on them, we cannot accept the return.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and Apple Pay.

  • I have a gift card or a discount code. How do I use them?

Each gift card comes with an individual code, which the recipient can add at checkout.

Gift cards are redeemable online at www.fitolojioworshop.com and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They are valid until December 2025 and have no additional processing fees. If lost or misplaced, contact  info@fitolojioworkshop.com and we'll help you out!

  • Can I use multiple discounts on one order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to combine discount codes.

Garment care

  • How should I wash my Fitolojio Workshop garments?

Please refer to the care tags inside your garment for detailed washing instructions or visit the product page of the item you've purchased, or have a look on our Item Care page.

Sustainability

  • How and where are your products made?

There is no factory here. 70% - 80% of the produced garments, are made by the founder following the whole process (drawing, designing, editing - deconstructing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, fitting ), but the company is collaborating with skillful and local artisans in Amsterdam for fabrics that are very thick for our studio sewing machine. Fitolojio Workshop shows respect to these skillful people working for the result. The garments for any collections are made in Netherlands, which explains higher production costs. The cost is 18 - 20 € per hour for designing, pattern making, sewing. Therefore, the editing - deconstruction process in not charged and if yes, we will let you know.

  • What fabrics or garments do you use?

You may visit each product page there is a detailed description of the fabrics and trims used to make our garments.

  • Which trims and other materials do you use?

When sourcing materials, we look for eco friendly options and we support local shops.. From fabrics to trims like buttons and zippers. However, we are working on this in order for everything at the end to be sustainable.

For the time being..

The buttons we use are vintage or preloved ones. 

The zippers we use are comes from preloved garments following the upcycled techniques.

Our care, logo and size labels are made by a Dutch label company. They consist of made from woven 100% pure OEKO - TEX certified cotton.

  • How do you package and ship orders?

All orders are shipped from our small studio in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We ship in Eco friendly green compostable mailer** from BreakTrailUSA which are easy to open and close. This makes it easier for customers to return orders without having to use plastic tape. 

**Our mailers are Made With Plant Materials and BPAT. Break Down into Carbon Dioxide, Water, and Organic Fertilizer. Certified for Industrial and Home Composting. Breaking down in about 90-180 Days.**

We wrap them with vintage paper wallpaper or remnant fabric - creating cases for beautifying and personalize more our packaging.
